Please have your order number (starting with #) and the email address used for your purchase ready.
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
After this period, the returns platform will no longer be accessible.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and must not have been worn or washed.
Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of an exchange.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
You may exchange your item for a different size, colour, or model.
If there is a price difference, the amount will be adjusted during the finalisation of your request.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping fees apply only in the case of a refund (not for exchanges).
You may also choose to receive store credit instead of a refund; in this case, the credit will have a higher value than the original amount paid.
Items from the Archives collection are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit.
