Have your order number starting with # and your email address used during purchase ready.
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return the items concerned to us. After this period, the return platform will no longer be available.
You can exchange for a different size or color but also for a different item. If there is a price difference, the difference will be payable or refunded upon completion of your request made on the page.
For the return to be accepted, items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with their labels attached and not having been worn or washed.
Please note that return costs are your responsibility except for exchanges.
