Our goal is above all to satisfy you.
However, if the products purchased do not meet your expectations, you will find below the procedure to follow.

To make a return or exchange, click HERE in order to begin the process.
Have your order number starting with # and the email address you used when purchasing ready.
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return the items in question. After this period, the returns platform will no longer be available.

You can exchange for a different size or color, or for a different item. If there is a price difference, the difference will be payable or refunded upon completion of your request on the page.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A return fee of €10 will apply to packages dropped off at a collection point, and €15 for those collected from your home. These amounts will be deducted from any refund requested. (this does not include refunds on the price difference of an exchange request) . You can opt for a credit note instead of a refund. The credit note has a greater value than the amount to be refunded. Archived documents are not subject to refund. They are exchanged in the form of a voucher.

For the return to be accepted, items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with their tags attached and must not have been worn or washed.

Please note that return costs are your responsibility except for exchanges.
