Our goal is above all to satisfy you.
However, if the products purchased do not meet your expectations, you will find below the procedure to follow.

To make a return or exchange, click HERE in order to begin the process.
Have your order number starting with # and your email address used during purchase ready.
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return the items concerned to us. After this period, the return platform will no longer be available.

You can exchange for a different size or color but also for a different item. If there is a price difference, the difference will be payable or refunded upon finalization of your request made on the page.

Refunds are made to the payment method used. €10 return shipping fee will be deducted for any refund request (this does not include refunds on the price difference of an exchange request) . You can opt for a credit note instead of a refund. The credit note has a value greater than the amount to be refunded. Archived documents are not subject to refund. They are exchanged in the form of a purchase voucher.

For the return to be accepted, items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with their labels attached and not having been worn or washed.

Please note that return costs are your responsibility except for exchanges.
