A return form accompanies your order. It must be completed and returned to us with your items.

If, despite our quality control, your item has a defect, we invite you to contact our customer service at eshop@five-jeans.com.
Please attach photos of the defect to your message. Our customer service department will then be able to get back to you with the best solution.
